This includes works of art created by the artist here in and also covers his tattoos and illustration works. Meaning the owner and operator of this Website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they affect your legal rights.

Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately.

In these terms and conditions, User or Usersmeans any third party that accesses the Website and is not either (i) employed by Henry Hate Fine Art trading Henry Hate Fine Art or Henry Hate/ Big Sexy Tattoos, and acting in the course of their employment or (ii) engaged as a consultant or otherwise providing services to Henry Hate trading as Henry Hate Fine Art and accessing the Website in connection with the provision of such services.

In these terms and conditions, Content means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this Website, including any such content uploaded by Users. By continuing to use the Website you acknowledge that such Content is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights. Nothing on this site shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark, logo or service mark displayed on the site without the owner's prior written permission

2. You may, for your own personal, non-commercial use only, do the following:

3. Any reproduction of Henry Hate Works and art used without License can not be reproduced for commercial and or distribution. This includes monetary gain for person, Worlds are NEVER to be modified and changed without strict written consent from he artist Henry Hate Prior.

Returns & Refund Policy

All damaged items must be reported in 48 hours of receivership. Print works will be replaced without cost to collector/client. Any damage done by 2nd Party involvement, i.e. Framers or In House Art Supply Framers. Second Party must contact us directly to find a suitable middle ground to get you your work returned to you in a timely fashion.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days to find an amicable resolution.. The work MUST be returned in pristine and same satisfatory condition. If is shipped a nd returned used, creased, or scratched in any way.

No returns or exchanges will be made outside these terms and conditions.

Shipping

We use a logistics company that insures the work and safely to your door with tracking numbers.
Please allow 7-12 days shipping and handling.
Work is sent with Acid free tissue and a Certificate Of Authenticity signed by the artist. Quality Control is a concern to preserve the work and your investment.
We must be contacted ASAP if you have been notified by the courier if Parcel or Purchase is Lost in transit.

All large Customs and Large Canvases are billed to the Collector/Buyer.

We try and find you a reputable and professional service courier company to protect the work and your investment.

Privacy

Henry Hate Fine Art Does not solicit or use your personal and card information to any outside sources and or second or third party entities. Any photos of collectors interiors are given with permission of the buyer and approval of collector.
Henry Hate Fine Art does not offer outside sources to use any of your information or identity for marketing companies or other firms. If you sign our mailing list you must ask to be stricken/removed from said list group.
