Products can be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt by registered mail at the buyers expense. This excludes all Art Prints and Unique Art.
Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. We will replace damaged items where possible and issue a refund if not. Damaged Item Must Be Returned to art studio for full refund at the buyers expense. No exceptions
All Art is insured and packed for safety and quality control.
All returned clothing must be returned unworn and in same condition it was shipped in.
Please contact us within a 48 hour window of receiving goods if by any means of dissatisfaction to rectify the issue and assure customer confidence.
Any and all merchandise clothing must be returned within 5 days in pristine, unworn, unscented condition.
All Edition Art Sales Are Final after 7 day window of receiveing prints.
All Unique Art Sales Are Final After 7 days of receiving artwork.
If damage happens to an artwork at a framers, please ask them to contact us directly and we will try to work with them to get you a replacement where possible.

Shipping Info
We ship worldwide.
For shipments to the EU we will aim to ship orders from our printers in The UK. This could take on average 3-4 days US And other regions can take as much as 6-7 days
We aim to get your items shipped within 4 days, but if time restraints we can notify you if any issues arise immediately.
Should you need an item by a certain date we can sometimes work miracles- just ask.
Shipping is free if the value of your order is $120 USA or over and $210 or over for international collectors.
We always ship by recorded mail/courier. We do try to send tracking information but our printers can also help with that. All Unique Art for collectors is sent with tracking numbers and courier post receipt.
Please notify us immediately if your print or item has not been received past the scheduled time frame, to help us rectify this as soon as possible for you.
